Celebrating Nature and Magic for Kids of all Ages
I just respect that tree – I would love to engage it in conversation! I know, not possible – but can you imagine all it has seen, all it knows?
I often think about that when I sit under or photograph large old trees. I’m sure they would have a wise thing or two to share with us😉
wow; this is magical!
enchanted you liked it
wow – love that burst of light and leaves in your shot!
Thanks Fi, I’m a little obsessed with light bursts at the moment😉✨
Mutually descriptive – a magic blend to bring out the fairies.
Oh I think it’s certain to bring them out😉
Slipping into cold shade – it captured this transitional time so well…
Thank you, and today with gale force winds we’re being pushed rather than slipping gently! Got to love autumns changeable nature😉✨
Ouch…
This looks so other worldly!
It’s quite a magical tree…very old and covered in carved wishes and dreams….in the grounds of a now dismantled abbey!
Your pictures are stunning! As autumn moves into winter it does remind me of death. However, I hope that death is as beautiful and serene as you picture it.
I hope so too Gwynn, and the still peace of winter, once all the parties are over, can be wonderfully refreshing in its own way💕
Beautiful image and slightly chilling haiku. 😐
Beautiful!
Thank you💕
So beautiful and peaceful, as always. Your photos make me breath more easily.
What a lovely comment, thank you 💕
Lovely combination of image and haiku 🙂
Thanks Sarah. I fear Autumn has now ended as winter storms sweep across the land bringing snow and frost in their wake😊😳
The winds and rain have stripped everything here now 😦 No snow and frost yet but I really hope we do get some real wintry weather this year! It’s been pants for the last few years!!
