About greenmackenzie
Hi, I'm Seonaid, and I share my home on the shores of Loch Ness deep in the Scottish Highlands with my husband, my son and a collection of dogs, hens and a cat. I love art which is here now and gone tomorrow...like food and nature...but also have a passion for vintage and the ancient past! Nature is my favourite muse, with her wild ever shifting seasons. I have been using and teaching mindfulness and relaxation for over 20 years, and have yet to become any sort of expert :-) I'm a Psychotherapist and Cancer Support Specialist in Maggies Highlands

Self reflection is a beautiful gift which can help to ground us in our own reality. By pausing and wondering for just long enough our minds can become beautifully smooth, like the surface of a perfectly still pool, and we … Continue reading →

Her energy has been building, a deep pulse of life and colour, throbbing just below the surface. Contained by the old cracked, black and white skin of winter, she has been growing in hidden waves. Gathering colours and shapes for … Continue reading →

Sitting, in the impossibly romantic rise and fall of the tidal waters of the Firth of Forth, is a small chain of rocky islands. Easily seen, but hard to reach, each evokes its own mystery and tales from times long … Continue reading →

Clouds whisper thoughts And leaves whisper dreams On the edges almost everything is possible The lip of water meets the limit of sky And all we have ever imagined is birthed through kisses into life. A cloud of leaves and … Continue reading →
